Repair and Return

Do you want to send in a product for repair or inspection? We make it easy for you.

Please register your return in advance. You can fill out the form below or send it by email to: service@promesstec.de

Please provide the sensor type, serial number, a description of the fault, and your contact details.

After confirmation by our service team, please send the product to:

Please attach the return number to the outside of the package.

Upon receipt of your goods, we will inspect your device and inform you about the next steps, costs (if outside the warranty) and the expected return shipping time.

  • We handle warranty and guarantee claims free of charge for you within the framework of our terms and conditions.
  • For devices outside of warranty, you will receive a transparent cost estimate in advance. This cost estimate will require an inspection, which may incur additional charges.
